**Responsibilities**:

Managing end to end employee life cycle for Sales team from Onboarding till separation.**:

- ** Partnering with Sales leaders and managers to understand business requirements and articulate people priorities.**:

- ** Driving different engagement initiatives for Sales team from conceptualization to implementation.**:

- ** Connecting with employees on a regular basis to understand the pulse of the team.**:

- ** Driving adherence to HR Processes in the Sales team**:

- ** Resolving employee queries & grievances on a real-time basis**:

- ** Analyzing data to drive several initiatives like attrition management, engagement etc.**

**Requirements**:

This is a 6 month HR internship, with the possibility of converting to full-time if the performance is good.**:

- ** Should have good communication skills.**:

- ** Open to work on a challenging and dynamic environment**:

- ** Ability to learn new things quickly and good grasping power**:

**Qualification**:

0-1 year of experience**:

- ** Fresh Post-graduate with specialization in HR**
