As an HR Business Partner at Visionet Systems, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the overall business strategy and objectives. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and provide them with HR solutions to help them achieve their goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
2. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance.
3. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the company has the right talent to meet business objectives.
4. Provide coaching and support to managers on people-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
5. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
6. Lead and support organizational development initiatives to drive continuous improvement and support business growth.
7. Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in talent management and employee relations.
**Key Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
5. Proven ability to drive and lead change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
