Experience

Minimum one to two years experience as purchase assistant in an electronics manufacturing unit.

Brief Job Profile

**Responsibilities**:
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs based on Indent and Minimum
- Maximum stock,

Material planning,

Obtain and evaluate offers from vendors and create an analysis statement,

Raise the PO and get it approved and mailed to suppliers,

Followup and track the delivery to ensure ontime receipt of the same,

Interact with QC to ensure compliance of quantity and quality,

Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders,

Maintain updated records of invoices,

Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, NC) for vendor evaluation

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
