**Summary of Functions**
- Supply chain activities such as Purchase. Supplier Interaction (Negotiation and Enquiry - follow-up) and release of PO’s for all purchase request, Availability of materials and parts as per monthly schedule and Supplier identification, Adherence to QMS Systems;
**Qualifications and Experience**
- BE (Mechanical/Electronics) - with 2-4 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical with 5-8 years of experience
- Experience in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Engineering, Heavy Machinery Industries in Tier-1 / OEM/MSMEs.
- Experience in Mechanical Parts and Support Processes.
- Good Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, IT Skills, Soft Skills

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Presales**
- Process all purchase request from project engineers or production department for procurement of raw material, parts, subcontract or services.
- Obtain 2 or 3 quotation and prepare comparison statement.
- Obtain approval of Head of D&D -M and release PO to supplier.
- Coordinate with supplier and provide drawing, tools or material and details as per PO terms and condition required by supplier to process the order.
- Ensure 100% OTD from all the supplier as per PO date.
- **Supplier Focus**
- Supplier Quality assurance.
- Ensure on time payment to suppliers.
- **MIS Reports**
- Co-ordinate on preparation of monthly reports - P&L
- **Supply Chain**
- Responsible for release of Purchase Orders to Suppliers
- Obtain Approvals on PO to Suppliers from Head - D&D-M
- Responsible for OTD of Suppliers
- Identification of new suppliers.- **Quality**

Responsible for implementation of AS 9100D, ISMS 27001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
