**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Monitor process performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide support for Consumer Lending Cards & Payments operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process-related issues.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process automation initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior team members on process best practices.
- Participate in process audits and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel.
- Have experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Show proficiency in process documentation and reporting.
- Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.
