- **Job Posting**: Create and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms to attract top talent.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on IT recruitment.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with mass mailing tools and job portals.
- Strong interview coordination skills.
- Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in job posting and social media recruitment strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
