**You'll be responsible for (Responsibilities)**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, test, and implement ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or target systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues and develop strategies for data cleansing and transformation.
- Develop and maintain documentation including ETL specifications, data mappings, and process workflows.
- Optimize and tune ETL processes for performance and scalability to meet SLAs and business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, data quality, and performance in ETL workflows.
- Implement best practices and standards for ETL development and ensure adherence to data governance policies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in ETL and data integration space.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience (min 5 years) in designing, developing, and implementing ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, and data integration techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with other ETL tools such as DataStage, Talend, or SSIS is a plus.
- Certification in Informatica PowerCenter is desirable.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud-based ETL platforms such as Informatica Cloud.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
