Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Role Overview

• We are seeking a seasoned Informatica ETL Lead to architect, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade ETL solutions. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure robust data integration across cloud and on-prem platforms.
• Key Responsibilities
• ETL Development & Architecture
• · Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud (CDI/CAI)
• · Optimize ETL pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
• · Integrate data from diverse sources: databases, APIs, flat files, cloud apps
• Data Governance & Quality
• · Implement data validation, profiling, and cleansing routines
• · Enforce data governance policies and ensure compliance
• · Conduct root cause analysis and resolve data issues proactivel
• Leadership & Collaboration
• · Mentor and manage a team of ETL developers
• · Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• · Liaise with business analysts, data scientists, and application teams
• Cloud & Big Data Integration
• · Work with platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• · Familiarity with Snowflake, Hive, Spark, or other big data tools
• Automation & Optimization
• · Develop reusable components and automation scripts
• · Tune SQL queries and ETL performance

Required Skills

• · 7+ years of ETL development experience
• · 3+ years in a lead role
• · Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud
• · Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix shell scripting
• · Experience with cloud platforms and big data tools
• · Solid understanding of data modeling and relational databases
• Qualifications
• · Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• · Certifications in Informatica or cloud platforms are a plus
