**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database.

Introduce and explain our products/services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Listen to customer needs and address inquiries or concerns effectively.

Generate leads and set appointments for detailed discussions or product demonstrations.

Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads.

Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and close sales.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Provide feedback to the management team on customer responses and product/service improvements.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish positive customer relationships.

Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively.

Previous experience in [industry/type of business] is a plus.

High school (12th) or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
