
Field Sales Representative

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Territory Management**:
- Develop and manage a designated sales territory to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and competitors in the area.
**2. Client Acquisition**:
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and follow-up.
**3. Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their evolving requirements and introduce new products or services.
**4. Product Knowledge**:
- Stay well-informed about the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
**5. Sales Targets**:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accomplish individual and team goals.
**6. Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress towards targets.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
**7. Collaboration with Team**:
- Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to share insights, coordinate efforts, and achieve collective goals.
**8. Customer Service**:
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Knowledge of the industry and products/services being offered.
**Education**:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
**Other Requirements**:
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
