- Sales Executive**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation**:

- Proactively identify and generate new sales leads within your designated region.
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients, addressing any concerns or service needs.

**Target Achievement**:

- Regularly update sales activities, report on progress, and forecast potential sales pipeline.

**Market and Product Knowledge**:

- Provide feedback from the market to help refine sales strategies and improve the customer experience.

**Training & Support**:
**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with internal teams at Dyneton and Alibaba to coordinate sales efforts, marketing initiatives, and customer service.
- Share insights and collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer success and growth.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports and track progress against objectives.

**Requirements: Experience & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably within the e-commerce or tech industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Self-driven and motivated to achieve goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and to changing market dynamics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:
