**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Showroom Management: Oversee the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring an inviting and well-organized environment that showcases our exquisite jewelry collection.
- Sales Enhancement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to optimize sales performance.
- Customer Engagement: Provide personalized service to customers, assisting them in selecting the perfect pieces to meet their desires and needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our jewelry collection, gemstones, and materials to educate customers and make informed recommendations.
- Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the visual appeal of our showroom by arranging displays to highlight the beauty of our jewelry.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist in restocking and replenishment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills especially in English
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Passion for luxury jewelry and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to upholding the brand's reputation for excellence and luxury.
