The Office Boy is responsible for ensuring that the office is clean, well-maintained, and running smoothly. This role also involves assisting in the day-to-day operations by handling administrative support tasks such as delivering documents, serving refreshments, and managing office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance:Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office areas including workstations, common areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms. Clean, dust, and disinfect office furniture, floors, and appliances.
Assisting with Office Supplies:
Keep track of office supplies, such as stationery and pantry items.Notify the office manager when supplies are running low and assist in their procurement.
Serving Refreshments:
Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to employees, visitors, and guests as required.Ensure the pantry area is stocked and maintained clean.
Document Management:
Assist with document delivery, file organization, and shredding when required.Handle courier services for outgoing mail and packages.
Visitor Assistance:
Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.Offer refreshments to visitors and ensure their comfort.
Support in Office Events:
Help in organizing office meetings, events, and conferences by setting up the venue and arranging necessary equipment.Assist with preparing refreshments and catering for events.
Waste Management:
Ensure proper disposal of waste and manage recycling efforts.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Assist employees with miscellaneous tasks as directed by the office manager or senior staff. Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
**Education**:
High School diploma or equivalent.
**Experience**:
0-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).
**Skills**:Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative tasks.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
