**Job Title**:Tele Caller - Property Sourcing**

- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Property Identification**_
- Proactively source properties through **digital platforms** (e.g., Magicbricks, 99Acres), **social media**, **newspapers**, **new projects**, **referrals**, and **existing clients**.
- Engage with property owners daily to gather essential property details and opportunities.
- **Property Registration**_
- Complete the **Property Registration Form** by collecting all relevant information from the property owners.
- Obtain remarks from the reporting authority/manager.
- Record and update property details during follow-up conversations with owners.
- **Property Listing**_
- Accurately enter all gathered property information into the company’s **CRM system** for tracking and reference.
- Ensure all data is kept up-to-date and organized for internal use.
- **Property Verification**_
- Support the verification process by confirming property details on platforms like **Magic Bricks** and **99 Acres**.
- Collaborate with the field executive to ensure on-site verification is completed.
- Collect and manage property photos, videos, and any other necessary details for listing accuracy.
- **Requirements**:_
- A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong convincing power and communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with property owners, agents, and developers.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunication systems (phone etiquette) for telesales activities.
- Proven experience in property sourcing or real estate is a plus.
