We are seeking a talented **Chef de Partie (Indian Tandoor)** with strong expertise in preparing authentic Indian tandoor dishes
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook all tandoor items (kebabs, breads, grills, curries) as per recipes and standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Supervise and guide commis staff in the tandoor section
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tandoor section (hotel/resort preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and manage kitchen staff
