**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Order Pickup**:

- Receive delivery instructions and order details accurately.
- Travel to designated pickup locations (e.g., farms, warehouses, partner businesses) in a timely manner.
- Verify the items being picked up against the delivery manifest to ensure accuracy.
- Securely load and transport the items to prevent damage during transit.

**Delivery Execution**:

- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Navigate through Kalyan and potentially surrounding areas effectively.
- Deliver orders to the correct addresses as per the delivery instructions.
- Handle the delivered items with care to maintain their quality.
- Obtain necessary delivery confirmations from customers (e.g., signatures).
- Handle cash on delivery (COD) transactions accurately, if applicable.

**Vehicle Maintenance and Safety**:

- Maintain their own two-wheeler in good working condition, ensuring it is safe for daily operations.
- Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the designated supervisor promptly.

**Communication and Customer Service**:

- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any potential delays.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Address basic customer inquiries and escalate any issues to the appropriate channels.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
- Submit delivery confirmations and any collected payments as required.
- Report any delivery discrepancies or issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a **valid driver's license** for a two-wheeler.
- **Must own a well-maintained two-wheeler** suitable for delivery purposes.
- Familiarity with the roads and localities within Kalyan and potentially surrounding areas.
- Ability to read and understand delivery instructions and addresses.
- Strong sense of time management and punctuality.
- Responsible and reliable with a commitment to timely and safe deliveries.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of using navigation apps on a smartphone.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately (if applicable).
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of delivery work.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Fuel reimbursement will be provided as per company policy & you need to Specify details if possible - e.g., per kilometer rate, actuals with receipts.
