Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate properties and services.
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective clients, providing information about available properties, pricing, and terms.
- Schedule appointments for clients to visit properties and coordinate with the sales team.
- Keep accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tele caller in the real estate industry for at least 6 months to 1 year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and regulations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,367.36 per month
