**Primary Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry and Verification**:

- Verify the accuracy of data entries to ensure there are no errors or discrepancies.
- **Data Management**:

- Organize and maintain files and records in a systematic manner.
- Update existing data by removing outdated information and adding new entries.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular data reviews to identify and correct errors.
- Cross-check data entries with source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Generate reports, summaries, and charts based on entered data when required.
- Maintain detailed records of tasks performed, including work logs and error reports.
- **Handling Confidential Information**:

- Safeguard sensitive data by adhering to company confidentiality policies and data protection regulations.
- **Communication**:

- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to clarify information and resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to data-related queries and provide information as needed.

**Skills Required**:

- **Typing Skills**: Proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to identify and correct errors in data.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and database management systems.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication to handle queries or resolve issues.
- **Organizational Skills**: Efficiently manage large volumes of data and documents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
