**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input data into the company’s database and management systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data by reviewing and correcting data entry errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Organize and manage files, documents, and records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Update and maintain information on databases and computer systems as needed.
- Generate reports from data entered as required by the management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
- Proficient typing skills (speed and accuracy).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in a data entry role or administrative role is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
