We are in search for Social Media Expert with a minimum of 3+ years. If you possess a robust track record and profound expertise in the field social media (Specially in Paid Ads), we extend an invitation for you to become a valuable member of our team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation Strategy**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies geared towards lead generation, with a particular emphasis on Google Ads.
- Identify target audiences and create compelling campaigns to capture and nurture leads.

**Paid Advertising**:

- Expertise in Google Ads to plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads.
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices within Google Ads for effective lead acquisition.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytical tools to monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Audience Engagement**:

- Actively engage with the target audience through social media channels to drive interest and participation in lead generation activities.
- Foster relationships with potential leads through strategic communication.

**Conversion Optimization**:

- Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance the conversion rate of lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align efforts for maximum impact

**Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, with a specific emphasis on Instagram and Facebook.
- Sharing content & post on Instagram and Facebook.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Expert with a specific focus on lead generation, especially in Google Ads (2 to 5 years).
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, lead generation tactics, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to generating leads through social media.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
