As a **Creative Strategist Intern**, you’ll be at the heart of our **performance marketing** content. You’ll ideate, script, and strategise **short-form ads and long form videos**. If you get storytelling, understand digital audiences, and know how to make short form and long form, this is the internship for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and understand performance ads, UGC, ICPs(Ideal Customer Profiles), and video scripts optimised for performance marketing platforms.
- Experience with or strong curiosity about ad platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Develop scripts for long form videos.
- Ideate and execute creative hooks, concepts, and Call To Action that align with campaign objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and editing teams to bring scripts to life
- Research industry trends, audience behaviour, and platform best practices
- Assist in content performance reviews and iterate on scripts based on data insights
- Contribute to internal brainstorms, brand campaigns, and content strategy discussions

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or any related field
- Strong command of written English and digital storytelling techniques
- Demonstrated interest or experience in scriptwriting, copywriting, or advertising
- Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals is a plus
- Ability to adapt tone and messaging across diverse brand voices
