We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Excel Specialist. This role is ideal for a fresher who possesses basic computer skills and proficiency in Excel. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently entering, managing, and analyzing data to support our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify and upload Excel reports in our panel
- Follow up with clients for timely report submissions
- Ensure end-to-end report management until final confirmation
- Raise invoices and verify balance sheets for accuracy
- Utilize Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and pivot tables to generate reports and analyze data.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors.
- Adhere to data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Complete tasks within designated timelines and prioritize workload effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- BBA (Finance, Marketing, Management, IT)
- B.Com, M.Com
- BCA, MCA
- BSc/MSc (Mathematics, Computer Science)
- BA/MA with strong computer, Excel, accounting, or finance skills
- **Any other graduation course** with **strong knowledge in computer, Excel, accounting, and finance**

**Skills Required**:
✔ Strong communication in Hindi & English

✔ Hands-on experience in Excel & Advanced Excel (Finance skills are a plus)

✔ Problem-solving & analytical mindset

✔ Experience in operations & data analysis

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
