Who you are:

  • 2-3 years of experience in data entry, MIS reporting, or accounting-related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records in Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports with actionable insights.
  • Work on data reconciliation, validation, and error-checking to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and accurate data-driven reports.
  • Assist in automating repetitive reporting tasks using formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with data accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational standards.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
  • Basic knowledge of Zoho Books and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with general accounting software/tools (added advantage).
