Growing Finance & Accounting Outsourcing firm that is related to a Top 150 CPA firm is looking to add to its customer success and support team in Hyderabad, India. The firm serves 100s of clients across the USA with a proven model of USA and India-based accounting service delivery teams.

**Role**:Client Support and Success - Junior Associate or Fresher
- Client onboarding & transition
- Training and education of clients on MDK processes & systems
- Collaboration with internal team and external clients
- Project and task management
- End to End communication & collaboration related to client requests and queries

**Most of the following needed to be successful in the role**:

- Problem solvers/outside-the-box thinkers
- Love talking to people & comfortable/personable on the phone / video calls
- Keen task manager and pushing for proactive responses to clients
- Highly organized & thriving in challenging situations
- Like to source feedback and act on comments from clients
- Not afraid to engage in circumstances outside of comfort zone
- Solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, educating clients regarding MDK systems and processes
- Client satisfaction is the core of day to day activity
- Build rapport, establish trust, and engage timely with clients
- Like multi-task, multi-client, multi-team and remote work
- Build knowledge information that helps in reduction of same client queries
- Manage tasks and be responsive to client queries timely
- High School or Bachelor’s degree in Arts / Communication
- Fresher to an year of experience in customer support and customer success experience in a service or technology industry related to finance & accounting
- Experienced in working with remote teams
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
