What you need to know about the role - You will lead ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) architecture through the disciplined use of product sense, execution, measurements, and prioritization to design and optimize ServiceNow solutions. By aligning business needs through an understanding of technical capabilities, you will identify, design, and document the SPM capability needs and opportunities for PayPal.

**Job Description**:
**Your day to day**
- Design a target state vision for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) for PayPal (inclusive of data structure, data ownership/governance, relationships, ingestion points, integrations)
- Design and document the target state SPM and APM landscape that will help meet PayPal’s strategic planning needs
- Close partnership with the product management function to create and maintain the backlog of ServiceNow SPM feature development
- Bridge the gap among the different departments involved in successfully enabling your products, including business process owners, engineering, development, information security, and operations

**What do you need to **bring**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years’ experience in business analysis, ServiceNow implementations, metrics and reporting, platform-based process management, or other relevant experience required
- Hands-on experience as a senior developer or platform architect enabling ServiceNow SPM capabilities, including Strategic Planning, Goals Framework, Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Agile Development 2.0, and Application Portfolio Management
- Hands-on experience implementing integration and ETL technologies and capabilities such as IntegrationHub, Service Graph, REST, SOAP, JDBC, ODBC, etc.
- Hands-on experience with platform capabilities such as Performance Analytics, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and scoped app development
- Hands-on experience of ServiceNow’s Digital Portfolio Management (DPM) capability (preferred)
- Experience documenting technical architecture with different target audiences in mind (i.e. business stakeholders, leadership, and or technical SME’s)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
- Passion for continuous learning; staying apprised of new SPM features and capabilities
