Job Title: ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Pro Developer

Location: Noida/Bangalore/Pune(Hybrid)

Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow SPM modules to align IT strategy with business objectives. Focus on Demand, Project, Resource, and Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize SPM modules: Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Innovation Management.

Design workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

Implement portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and reporting using Performance Analytics.

Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITBM, ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, etc.).

Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Optimize performance and ensure alignment with best practices.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders for SPM roadmap execution.

Maintain documentation and perform code reviews to ensure maintainability.

Required Skills

36 years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2+ years in SPM/ITBM modules.

Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.

Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.

Experience in data migration, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Familiarity with Performance Analytics, CMDB, and IntegrationHub.

Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, update sets, and scoped applications.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM/ITBM.

Experience integrating with external systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Understanding of strategic planning, financial management, and demand intake.
