**To excel in this role, you should possess the following**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable configurations within the ServiceNow SPM framework.
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow SPM modules (Project Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, etc.) to enhance project and portfolio management processes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap for the SPM platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards that provide insights into project health, resource allocation, and overall portfolio performance.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow SPM features and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of the platform.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on the SPM suite (Project Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, etc.).
- Proven track record in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Deep understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with reporting and data analysis tools is a plus.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow SPM) are a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration tools and APIs.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
