**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation & Lead Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients for machinery sales within the assigned region.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations**: Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings to showcase machinery offerings to potential customers.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to keep the sales pipeline strong and competitive.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenue goals.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close sales effectively.
- **Customer Support & Follow-Up**: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups through CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate (preferably with a background in sales or machinery).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, specifically in machinery sales or related fields.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with clients.
- **Sales Ability**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities to address client needs effectively.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software for managing sales activities and client interactions.
- **Driving License & Vehicle**: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are mandatory, as travel is an essential part of the role.
