**Job Title: Front Office Executive**

**Job Location**: Nagpur

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Experience**: Minimum 6 months

**Gender**: Female

**Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- **Administrative Support**:

- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
- **Communication**:

- Handle customer queries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- **Data Management**:

- Perform basic data entry tasks in Excel.
- Update and maintain office records, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High School diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 6 months of proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in basic Excel functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
