**Job Summary**:
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role involves managing the front desk area, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting and Welcoming Guests**:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- **Telephone and Communication Management**:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- **Visitor and Security Protocols**:
- Monitor and maintain visitor logs for security purposes.
- Issue visitor badges and ensure compliance with office policies.
- **Office Coordination**:
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and request replenishments when needed.
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks as required.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
- Address client and visitor needs promptly and professionally.
- Escalate issues or complaints to the appropriate person or department when necessary.
