**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the design teams to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Prepare detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities for home automation projects.
- Schedule Pre-sales presentational meeting with clients for sales personnel.
- Assist in the procurement process by providing detailed BOQs to the purchasing department.
- Line-up client pre
- sales meeting for sales manager.
- Line-up closure meeting for sales manager.
- Track and manage changes in project scope and update the BOQ accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of all BOQs, proposals, and project documentation.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and client requirements.
- Maintain sales tracker via CRM software and share sales MIS to senior sales personnel on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to help them align with their annual sales target.
- Provide sales manager MIS of BOQ Qty. total closure /lost/pending and total BOQ valuation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or related role, preferably in home automation or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of home automation technologies and components.
- Proficiency in using BOQ and project management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
