**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Sales Coordinator to manage export order fulfilment and facilitate seamless international trade. You will be responsible for creating proforma invoices, liaising with production and dispatch teams to ensure on-time deliveries, and acting as the primary point of contact between marketing, production, and dispatch for international orders. This role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster smooth collaboration across departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate accurate and professional proforma invoices for international customers using ERP tool, ensuring all necessary details are included (e.g., product descriptions, pricing, Incoterms, payment terms)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand customer requirements, and translate them into clear and actionable production orders
- Maintain proactive and clear communication with the production department to ensure timely order fulfilment, and promptly address any potential production delays
- Liaise with the dispatch team to confirm shipment details, track order progress, and resolve any logístical issues promptly
- Maintain clear communication with international clients regarding order status, shipment details, and any potential issues
- Maintain accurate records of all international trade transactions

**Additional skills**
- Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures
- Experience with international trade software
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in international trade or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international trade processes, including export documentation and Incoterms.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues
