- **Post : Internal Sales Coordination - International (Female)**:

- **Location : Nehrunagar,Ahmedabad**:

- **Experience : Min 1+ Yr**:

- **Salary : Upto 3 LPA - Depends on interview**:

- **Working days : 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)**:

- **Working Hours : 10:00am to 7:00pm**:

- **Work Location : Onsite**
- **Handle the logistic as well as commercial side of importing and exporting raw material**:

- **Administer the warehouse and supervise the stock (close collaboration with Sales Manager).**:

- **Communicate with suppliers and clients in order to ensure that all relevant parties have the necessary as well as the desirable information.**:

- **Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information**:

- **Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested**:

- **Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness**:

- **Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems**:

- **Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements**:

- **Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events**

**Requirements and skills**
- **Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;**:

- **Good computer skills (MS Office)**:

- **Proficiency in English**:

- **Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:

- **A team player with high level of dedication**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field**
