Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide accurate and timely solutions for clients regarding stock trading, market updates, and portfolio management.

Resolve client issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Client Onboarding:
Assist new clients with the onboarding process, including account opening, document submission, and guiding them through platform features.

Ensure clients are fully aware of the services available to them.

Trade Support:
Assist clients with trade execution, order placements, and resolving any issues related to trades.

Provide real-time support during market hours for trade-related queries.

Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on stock market trends, regulations, and trading platforms.

Share relevant market news and updates with clients as needed.

Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Prepare reports on recurring issues and provide feedback to improve services.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations, compliance, and technical teams to ensure smooth client service.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues for quicker resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or stock market industry. Familiarity with stock trading platforms is a plus.

**Skills**:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience.

Basic understanding of stock market terms, financial products, and trading.

Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
