- Safety Component Owner

**A purpose driven role for you**
- 1. To design/ develop/ modify Safety Functions related Systems, Hardware and Interfaces, including logic boards, analogic boards and architecture overview.
2. Design of fault free Modules observing the most common automotive safety standards.
3. HW design & Software Control meeting vehicle projects target through continuous interaction with HW Architect/firmware/Integration/testing teams.
4. Direct focus on automotive Safety Critical Parts applicable to Automotive Industry: ADAS, ARAS etc

**A Day in the life**
- ~Design of Safety Module Hardware and Interfaces
~Development of SW Feature Functional Flows and requirements
~Problem solving and Implementation of Corrective measures
~Preparing Design Records and Testing Data

**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- B.Tech in Electronics. Advanced Qualifications are an advantage.

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Expertise in Hardware design and Analysis through proper tools like Spice, Orcad etc
Sound Knowledge and Understanding of Automotive
Safety Standards & Functional Safety. Preference for
ISO 26262 Certified Safety Engineer Level -1.
System Level Understanding and Finalise specifications based on System requirement and finalise test methodology
Good knowledge on PCB Design and Selection of Child Components required in Analog / Digital Circuits.
Good Knowledge on Embedded Software to work with
Software Engineer to work for Logics and Algorithms.
Ability to review and monitor the white box testing of software.
Knowledge on Requirement Specification and Management tool chains like ALM, and ability to work in CFT.
Understanding on EMC effects and analysis
Knowledge on Failure Analysis Tools like 8D, 5W etc.
Knowledge of Communication Protocols I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN
