**Experience - Min. 5+ yrs. in Maintenance Foundry Industry**

**Working Hours - 12**

**Location - Kaladera, Raj.**

Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on foundry equipment like furnaces, moulding machines, conveyors, cranes, and hydraulic systems.
Diagnose mechanical issues and repair breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Replace defective parts, lubricate machinery, and calibrate components to maintain efficiency.
Inspection and Monitoring:
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and tools to detect wear, misalignment, or potential failure.
Monitor equipment performance and document findings to inform maintenance planning.
Installation and Assembly:
Assemble, install, and align new machinery or components as per technical specifications and safety standards.
Ensure that all installations comply with quality and safety regulations.
Troubleshooting:
Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and suggest appropriate corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve complex issues.
Safety Compliance:
Follow safety protocols during maintenance tasks, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of tools and materials.
Ensure all equipment meets safety standards after repairs.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, spare parts used, and downtime incidents.
Report major breakdowns or hazards to supervisors.
