**Urgent openings for System Admin in an K12 CBSE School.**

**System Admin.**

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

WORK FROM OFFICE

Timings: 8am - 5pm (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining computers in labs, admin and other departments, smart boards in class rooms & laptops, etc.
- Installation of operating system & other basic software. Maintaining inventory, purchase & renewal of software.
- Coordinating with web support team. - Sending Video link, drive links, etc.
- Supporting parents regarding, login issues, uploading Student, parent, staff photo in parent portal & other related activities.
- Creating login id for new teachers & students. Coordinating with teachers, students & parents for online class issues.
- Coordinating with printer vendors for printer related issues, basic troubleshooting of printers( paper jam/not printing). helping to print complicated data. managing invoices. Followup payment status.
- Coordinating with internet service providers. Troubleshooting network related issues
- Managing Landline bills, depositing cheque, managing telephone extensions.
- Arranging sound system for small events in school and ground. Supporting for sound and light in auditorium. Managing sound system related devices.
- BioMetric: Enrolling bio metric for new staff, Coordinate device related issues.
- Coordinating with vendors by providing required information in preparation of staff and students ID cards.
- Coordinating with electrician for installation of electrical points and power issues in lab and other areas.
- Assist principal in other school related works on need basis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru - 560066, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- System/IT/ Desktop Admin in any education industry: 1 year (required)
