*Marketing Executive - Offline Events Job Description*

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience in offline event management to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and promoting offline events to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Event Planning:* Plan and execute offline events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and activations.
- *Event Promotion:* Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive event attendance and engagement.
- *Budget Management:* Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure ROI.
- *Team Collaboration:* Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure event success.
- *Vendor Management:* Coordinate with vendors, including event spaces, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- *Event Execution:* Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring smooth operations.
- *Post-Event Analysis:* Conduct post-event analysis, including attendee feedback, sales data, and ROI calculation.

*Requirements:*
- *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, or related field.
- *Experience:* 1-3 years of experience in offline event management, preferably in a marketing role.
- *Skills:*
- Strong event planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.

*Preferred Skills:*
- *Event Management Certification:* Certification in event management or a related field is a plus.
- *Network and Contacts:* Established network of event vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- *Creative Thinking:* Ability to think creatively and develop innovative event concepts.
