Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in managing social media profiles and create engaging content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Organize and promote events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence and customer interaction.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative marketing techniques into campaigns.
- Maintain the company’s website and ensure content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Support the preparation and management of the marketing budget to ensure campaigns are cost-effective.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
