**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
- Use various recruiting tools and resources to source, screen, and identify top talent in the design and development fields.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.-
**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience recruiting for design and development positions
- A strong understanding of the design and development industry and current market trends.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems ( ATS ) and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge about zoho recruit would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
