Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 2 - 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across various technologies while ensuring a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding) for IT roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team culture.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche and critical positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage timely feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates within defined timelines.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular reports/updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with current IT industry trends and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or consultancy).
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies (Java, Cloud, DevOps, Openshift, Kubernetes, Data Security, etc.).
  • Proven expertise in sourcing through vendor management and coordination with recruitment firms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in both permanent and contract hiring.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting).
