Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Navi Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating hiring processes, and developing effective recruiting strategies. Additional tasks include maintaining candidate databases, managing job postings, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Skilled in developing recruiting strategies and managing candidate databases
  • Proficiency in coordinating hiring processes and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Prior experience in a recruiting or human resources role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
