Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative at TexAu, you’ll be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads, creating a pipeline for our Account Executives. You’ll engage with prospects, understand their business needs, and help them realize the value TexAu can bring to their lead generation and growth strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is eager to grow within a dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- **Prospect & Qualify Leads**: Use TexAu’s tools and automation strategies to identify potential customers, research leads, and initiate conversations.
- **Lead Nurturing**: Maintain regular contact with prospects, answer initial queries, and guide them through TexAu’s value proposition.
- **Collaboration with Account Executives**: Schedule qualified meetings and collaborate closely with AEs to optimize the sales process.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on TexAu’s features and use cases to communicate effectively with prospects.
- **Data Management**: Log interactions, update prospect details, and track progress in the CRM to maintain a streamlined sales pipeline.
- **Feedback to Marketing & Product Teams**: Provide insights gathered from prospect interactions to help refine TexAu’s messaging, product, and marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- **Sales Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role; experience with SaaS or automation platforms is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- **Self-Starter**: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and outreach targets.
- **Continuous Learner**: Openness to learning new sales techniques, automation tools, and prospecting strategies to stay ahead in the growth automation space.
