
Sales Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential customers (corporate clients, architects, interior designers, dealers).
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships and handle customer queries.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the production and delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
**Requirements**:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, interiors, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Own vehicle (preferred at least a Bike is mandatory).
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
**Salary**:
Fixed + Incentives (Based on performance)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
