The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work seamlessly with various departments to meet organizational goals.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate daily with salespersons to ensure adherence to organizational working guidelinesCoordinate with salespersons on pre-sales activitiesAid and review sales team activities, correcting any missing informationEnsure proper capture of daily sales activities and customer data from the sales team as per defined requirementsPrepare proposals and quotations on behalf of salespersons in a timely mannerRecord sales team's market coverage plans on a weekly/monthly basisConduct data sanitization in a timely mannerSupport sales teams, Business Heads, and HODs with reports and analyticsRegularly follow up with salespersons to address working gaps and update correct data in the systemAdhere to system and process complianceKey Skills:Proficiency in MS OfficeExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical skillsExperience in coordinationAbility to coordinate with multiple people simultaneouslyUnderstanding of drafting Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and capturing the essence of discussionsPersuasive personality to gather the best information from others.Qualifications and Experience:Any graduate in Computer Application (BCA, MCA, or B.Sc. (IT))MBA preferredExperience:At least 6-8 years of experience in international sales coordination and MISMust have excellent comm. skills.BPO working background, especially in international processes and ERP/CRM software, is desirableSkills:People handling skillsConvincing skillsFlexibility and adaptabilityExcellent follow-up skillsMaturity to assess and handle situations
