Job Role: Training Executive

As a Training Executive, you will play a key role in developing and upskilling our field sales force. You’ll be part of a dynamic Training Team and work with advanced training infrastructure at our Manesar facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular product training sessions for new and existing field staff.
- Train team members on competitor product knowledge and market positioning.
- Facilitate practical training like TMR (Territory Management Report) detailing practice.
- Evaluate trainee performance through regular written product tests and assessments.
- Update and revise training modules and materials as per product updates and market changes.
- Provide post-training support and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams for training content development.
- Ensure all training sessions are interactive, impactful, and aligned with business goals.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Assist in onboarding of new sales team members.
- Postgraduate in Science or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (sales/training).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must be proactive, energetic, and passionate about teaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
