**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the **entire recruitment cycle** for blue-collar roles such as drivers, delivery executives, warehouse staff, technicians, operators, etc.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and background checks.
- Coordinate with **operations and HR teams** to understand manpower requirements and hiring targets.
- Drive **mass hiring campaigns** and job fairs in partnership with local employment offices and training institutes.
- Track and report hiring metrics such as daily closures, joining ratio, and attrition trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical hiring practices.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
- **2-4 years** of proven experience in **blue-collar or volume hiring**.
- Strong sourcing network and vendor management experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet high-volume targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia).
- Flexibility to travel locally for recruitment drives when needed.
**Preferred Background**:
- Experience in industries such as **logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, e-commerce, facility management, or retail**.
- Knowledge of local labor markets and regional hiring practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
