_Operate B/s, Dhdm, End facing, CNC & Crane for bar loading as per standard operating procedures._
- _ Record production qty, stoppages & quality checks in daily production report, update traveler with relevant information. record tools life data in tool life report._
- _ To carry out production & stoppage entry in the PPC system._
- _ Support maintenance dept as & when required for maintenance activity of your machine._
- _ To operate & produce quality product as per work instruction (SOP) & quality level requirement as indicated in ISO-9001 System._
- _ To deliver agreed output as per wage settlement._
- _ Produce as per agreed output by management & yourself on new CNC._
- _ To maintain discipline as per rules & regulation of the organization._
- _ To work in team to achieve goals of section & organization._
- _ Get yourself aware with any change in work instruction._
- _ Maintain the traceability of material as per traveler._
- _ Follow the ISO-18001 (OHSAS) statutory work instruction for safe material handling, safe machine operating, use of PPE, considering “0” accident level. Report near miss before it leads to an accident._
- _ Follow the ISO-14001 (EHS) statutory work instruction for the protection of environment which covers saving of natural resources, prevention of land, air & water contamination, reduction of waste generation in all the operation._
- _ Communicate with your shift engineer for any quarry/problem pertaining to production, quality, maintenance, safety, environment, etc._
- _ To maintain proper cleaning of machine & surrounding area for maintaining batter 5s standard in the section by self discipline. Guide the housekeeping workers for batter control of housekeeping _
- _To follow instructions of your superiors._
- _ To attend white board meeting for day to day information _
- _To follow, initiate & act for 5s, TPM working system for OEE Increase of all the machines._
- _ Train the new people as & when required where you possess knowledge._
- _ SMT business system Understanding, Implementing & maintaining. _
- _COTI work should be done regularly_
- _ Follow The Statutory requirement _
- REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- _ Knowledge of End Facing, CNC, DHDM, Bandsaw, & EOT crane _
- _Knowledge of safe working practices for lifting tools & tackles_
- _ Initiation, creativity & Flexibility _
- _Attitude to work in team._
- _ Understanding & adhere of wage agreement. _
- _Knowledge of quality, Environment, OHSAS system._
- _ Knowledge _of product material. _
