Dairy Technologist

Shri Harsh Dairy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Executive to join our team in Bakrol, Ahmedabad. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all our dairy products, from raw milk to finished goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and ensure quality control throughout the Milk Production process.
- Oversee and maintain quality standards for Milk By-products, including Buttermilk, Paneer, and Dahi.
- Supervise and assure the quality of Ghee production.
- Implement and establish robust batch-wise production procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Develop, set, and enforce critical quality parameters across the entire dairy plant operations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control within a dairy or food processing plant.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, FSSAI regulations).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to implement and monitor quality assurance programs effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
