**## What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Rubber Technology with 10+ years of production, QC, and formulation experience.
- OR seasoned professionals from non-tyre industrial rubber sectors (rollers, conveyor belts, coated fabrics, cots & aprons, etc.) who have run their own manufacturing or have strong hands-on plant experience.
- Expertise in rubber compounding, rubber chemicals, and testing methods.
- Hands-on experience with Banbury, Intermix, and Two-Roll Mixing Mills.
- Ability in process optimization, quality assurance, and new product development.
